Duties include:

  • Community Housing Development Organization: Supervise and Create Housing Initiative Homeless and Needy Families
  • Manage and supervision of employees, volunteers and other workers in supplying resource to the socio economic disadvantage families and individuals in the local community.
  • Renovate, manage and supervise transitional, emergency and short and long term rental housing is North and Central Brevard County.
  • Public Speaking to businesses, Institutions, churches, agencies and groups on the status and resources for needy families and individuals throughout Central Florida
  • Network and coordinate operation with agencies, organization, churches, private businesses, city and county government
  • Operated and Maintain Emergency Housing for Homeless Families
  • Conduct staff meetings as needed

  • Managing and supervising all activities relating to administration of the Operation Department
  • Monitoring the program plans to comply with funding and timeline limitations.
  • Developing staffing plan and preparing monthly staffing reports
  • Providing personal assistance in identifying, evaluating and resolving human relations and work performance problems
  • Coordinating personnel training and staff development
  • Overseeing staff functions in the absence of the President/CEO


PRIOR POSITION:

Engineer Officer/United States Coast Guard (24 years)

Duties included:

  • Supervised and trained the engineering and law enforcement activities.
  • During drug interdiction at sea, participated in vessel searches and interrogation of detainees
  • Identified, evaluated and developed high-potential recruits
  • Instructor of Leadership and Human Resource Management at USCG Training Institute
  • Provided training programs and guidance to undergraduate engineer in technical application and personnel management for navel engineering certification
  • Training officer for multi-nation and multi-service engineering training program for the Caribbean Nations Military drug defense readiness
  • Established an engineering school for Haitian Naval personnel for the State Department
  • Provide psychological evaluation and counseling
